5 LIFE-CHANGING HABITS

1) Time management
Time management kitna jaruri hai wo to mujhe aapko batane ki jarurat nahi hai. Aap sabhi Time ki importance bahot ache se jaante hain. Time management ko leke mtlb ki apne din ko kaise manage kare ki aapke time ka jada se jada productive use ho sake, ispar detail me pichle blogs me baat ki hui hai aap waha se padh sakte hain.

2) Don’t Procrastinate
Waise to Procrastination Time Management ka hi part hai, Pr ye topic khud apne aap me itna importat hai ki isko bhi alag se hi mention kiya hai. Sach kahu to mujhe procrastination aaj ki sabse badi bimari lagti hai, jiska shikaar aaj har koi hai. Apna har kaam time pr hi pura kar le, baad ke liye bilkul na chode. Kaam aage ke liye taalkar apne liye bewajah ki aur tension na badhae. Aapke jeevan ki aadhi mushkile aadhi tension to aise hi khatam ho aajaegi procrastinate na kar ke.

3) Learn to Say NO
Jitna ki new opportunities ko haan bolna jaruri hai to kabhi kabhi na bolna bhi utna hi jaruri hai. Aapko apni priorities pata honi chahiye, usi ke according aapke actions bhi hone chahiye. Agar ye time aapke padhai ka ya meeting ka koi bhi kaam ka hai, to us time ko kisi bhi kaam se replace karne se pehle khud se ye puche ki dono me se kaun sa step aapko apne Goal ke aur qareeb le jaega aur kaun sa door. Choose wisely. Yaad rakhein Time finite hai, usko for granted na le.

4) Learn from others’ experiences
Ye to aapne suna hi hoga ki insaan galti karke hi sikhta hai. Pr asal me samajhdar insaan wo hota hai jo dusro ki galtio se hi seekh leta hai. Dekhiye jo bhi aapko kaam karna hai us field ke experienced person ko dekhe, unko observe kare unke bare me padhe, unka experience jaane, jo galtiya unhone apne time me ki thi wo aap na dohrae.
(Unke experience ko aap books ke through, ya jinse aap mil sakte hain unse milkar jaan sakte hain).

5) Positive Attitude
Positive thinking ki power ka aapko andaza bhi nahi hai. Aap kisi bhi successful person ko dekh lijiye wo kabhi aapko nirashajanak baatein karte nahi dikhenge. Unki energy ka level alag hi rehta hai. Kyuki wo jante hain positive thinking/ attitude ki kya power hai. Agar aap detail me positive attitude ki power aur positive attitude kaise rakha jae iske bare me detail me janna chahte hain ke bare me janna chahte hain to aap “The Secret book by the renowned author Rohnda Byrne” jarur padhein.
