QUALITIES THAT MAKES A PERSON SUCCESSFUL

QUALITIES THAT MAKES A PERSON SUCCESSFUL

This blog is about those qualities which people should have and if they don’t have then they should develop them because are essential for Success. Those qualities are as follows-

QUALITIES THAT MAKES A PERSON SUCCESSFUL, what makes you successful, best qualities in a person

QUALITIES THAT MAKES A PERSON SUCCESSFUL

1. Desire

The motivation to succeed comes from the burning desire to achieve their purpose of life. A burning desire is the starting point of all accomplishment. Just like a small fire cannot give much heat, a weak desire cannot produce enough thrust to produce great results.

2. Commitment

There is a difference between playing to win and playing not to lose. When one play to win.they play with enthusiasm and commitment. But when one play to not to lose , they are playing from a position of weakness. They play to avoid failure. Everyone want to one, but not everyone is ready to work hard, to pay the price to win. They don’t commit themselves, they just play safe. And remember there is no success without risk, without failure.  You won’t get success until and unless you are ready to pay price to prepare to win, to succeed.

There are no ideal circumstances and there will never be. There will always be risk. To  reach. To reach any destination, you need sometimes to sail with the wind and sometimes against it, but sail you must. To a winner the tougher the path-
Greater the incentive
Stronger the motivation
Better the performance
Sweeter the victory.

Success is not the achievement, but in the achieving. Some people never try because they are afraid to lose. Ships that go out into the open water face risk from a storm. But if they sit the Harbor, they would rust anyway and that is not they were built for. People who play to win thrive on pressure and those who play to not to lose, don’t know how to succeed. Commitment makes people more harder.

3. Responsibility.

People with character accepts responsibilities. They make decisions and determine their own destiny in life. Accepting responsibilities involves taking risks and being accountable, which stay in their comfort zone and live passive lives without accepting responsibilities. Accepting responsibilities involves taking risks but not foolishly all risks. It means evaluating all the pros and cons, then taking the most appropriate decision and then act accordingly.

4. Hard Work

Luck is not designed to deliver you Success in life. Most people want to win but very few are willing to pay the price to prepare to win.
Lucille Ball once said- “Luck? I don’t know anything about luck. I’ve never banked on it, and I’m afraid of people who do. Luck to me is something else; hard work – and realizing what opportunity is and what isn’t”.

Success is not something that one can run into by accident. It takes a lot of preparation and character. It takes sacrifice and self-discipline. To Successful people every second is precious.  They believe Wasting time amounts to wasting life. Hard work is both a beginning and an end itself. The harder a person works, the better he feels; and the better he feels, the harder he works. The best ideas, goal setting won’t work until and unless you work the ideas.

5. Character

Character is sum total of a person’s values, beliefs and personality. It is reflected in our thoughts, behavior and actions. The road to success has many pitfalls. It takes a lot of efforts not to fall into them. It also takes character not to be disheartened by critics.

Human nature is such that sometimes, during the greatest monuments, during the greatest monuments of our accomplishments, we start slacking off and lose out. In order to sustain one needs a lot of self-discipline, balance, humility and commitment. Ability will get you Success; character will keep you successful.

Thank you.
