1st Step-  Set Goals :-
Sabse pehla aur important step aur sabse jada neglected bhi- Goals Setting.
Agar aap kahin jane ke liye ghar se nikalte hain to jahan jaana hai uska address malum karke hi nikalte hain n, aisa to nai hota n kabhi ki kahan jana hai pata nahi aur ghar se nikal gaye jaane ke liye. Aisa hoga to kahi pahuchoge? Ya chalte chalte hi bhatak jaoge? 
Aapko apni life me kya krna hai sabse pehle wo jaane, agar nahi bhi samajh aarha hai abhi to koi chota goal apne liye banaiye ki mujhe ye chahiye ya ye karna hai. Ab wo kuch bhi ho sakta hai chahe apke business ke saal ka turnover, ya students ke liye kisi subject me performance, ya aapki field se related ya health se related ya kuch bhi. Ye aapko apne liye khud hi tay karna hoga. 

2nd Step- Planning :-
Ab jo aapne 1st Step me Goal decide kiya tha, usko kaise achieve karna hai uske liye proper roadmap banaiye. Milestones set kijiye aur time duration ke sath inko blank paper pr likhiye. Sab kuch likhe A to Z, and everything in fine detail.

3rd Step- Consult :-
Ab 3rd step me aapko ek importat kaam karna hai. Isme aapko apna banaya hua pura plan kisi specialist se consult karna hai. Ab yaha spcialist ka mtlb koi professional specialist nai balki koi bhi jo aapko aapke banae hue goal aur plan pr sahi aur ek proper feedback de sakte hain. Ab wo koi bhi ho sakte hain aapke koi dost , apke parents , koi bhi known person jo same field me ho aur acha kar rahe ho. Ye aap decide karein ki kon insan aapko bina demotivate aur criticize kare aapko sahi feedback and suggestions de sakta hai, keval usi 1 insan se baat karein. 
(Note- Jada logo se share na kare issey ye hoga ki aapko jarurat se jada suggestions aur opinions miljaenge jo aapko bina baat ke confuse kardenge. Aur ho sakta hai itna confuse hone ke baad aap action ko delay kare, ya cancel hi karde. Isliye selected 1 ya 2 person ko hi consult kare).

4th Step- Organise :-
Ab jo aapko feedback aur suggestions mile hain uske according apne plan ko modify karein aur fir proper dobara organize karke fir se usko ek blank paper pr likhe.
(Note- Aapne jo suggestions li hain unhe khud se bhi cross check karein tabhi unpr kaam karein. Khud se cross check karna aur research bhi bahot important hai).
            
5th Step- KICK START :-
Ab sabse jada important Step- EXECUTION. Jo bhi aapne Goal set kiya hai aur usko achieve karne ke liye jo roadmap tayar kiya hai ab bina der kare usko execute kre. Aksar log aisa karte hain ki naye mahine se karunga ya karungi ya naye saal se..anginat bahaane. Aapko bhale hi bahana na lage lekin ye aapke mind ki chalaki hoti hai kaam ko jitna ho sake postpone karne ki, kyuki humara mind kaam karna nai chahta wo bana hi is tarh se hai ki kaam jitna ho sake kam karna pade. Isliye ye bahot jaruri hai ki aap apne mind ko samjhe aur aise kisi jaal me na uljhein. In short bs bina samay gavaae apne plan ko Execute karein.
