Dekhiye sabse pehle to ye kehna band kijiye ki humse nahi hoga. Mein aksar ye dekhti hu ki ye line kehna logo ki adat ban chuki hai. Ab to mujhe aisa lagne laga hai ki kuch log khana khae bagair to jee sakte hain par khud ko kam aanke bina nahi. Ye kehne ke bajae ki mujhse nahi hoga ye kahe ki mujhse hoga, mein karke dekhungi/dekhunga, fir jo bhi ho, par dungi/dunga to apna best, uske baad jo bhi ho. Waise ye guaranteed hai ki, agar aap kisi kaam me apna best denge to wo 100 pratishat hoga hi hoga. Aur agar na bhi ho to ye mera vyada hai aapse kuch na kuch to jarur hoga jo ki itna badiya hoga, jo aapki zindagi puri tarah se badal dega.

Aap 1 blank paper le aur 24 ghanto ko 1-1 ghante ke intervals me divide karke uspr likhe. Ab is din me aapko jo bhi kaam karne hain unko un time inervals ke aage likhle. Sab kuch likhe, kuch bhi dimag me na rakhein. Bade se bada kaam chote se chota kaam, sab likhe. aur sirf kaam hi nahi balki jaise morning routine, night routine, free time, family- frnds time, nap time etc, sab kuch likhe.
