MORNING GOLDEN HOURS ROUTINE




Aap in 2 ghanto ko 4 intervals (20-30-30-40)min. me divide karle.Pehle 20 min. me jaldi se naha ke fresh ho jae. Jissey apki neend puri tarah khul jaegi.

          Dusre 30 min. me 1 fruit yaad se khale jissey apka stamina boost hoga aur long term k liye energy bhi dega. Aur ye 30 min. mainly exercise aur meditation k liye rakhein. 20 min, exercise k liye. Exercise se apka blood circulation badh jata hai jissey apko energy milegi aur fitness ke liye exercise jaruri to hai hi. Fir agle 10 min. aap meditation karein. Aap par depend karta hai aap kaise meditation karna chahte hain. Aap kisi bhi mantra ka jap kar sakte hain (jaise OM ucchaaran), body-scan (minfullness technique), ya agar aap beginner hai to aap comfortable position me beth jaein aur keval apni saans (breath) pr dhyan kendrit karein. Ye tarika meditation start karne ke liye best hai.

          Agle 30 min. ke interval ko aap fir se 2 intervals me divide karein (is baar 10 min. aur 20 min ke intervals me). Pehle 10 min. me aap apna light breakfast ya protein shake jo bhi aap prefer karte hain wo le le. Aur agle 20 min. aap apne din ko plan karne me lagae. Apne pure din ki planning karein, time k sath mention karke pura schedule blank paper pr likhe. Chaahe to aap is schedule ko apne phone ka wallpaper laga sakte hain, jissey aap jitni bar bhi phone dekhenge utni bar aapka dhyan apne banae schedule par jaega. Shuru ke din me ho sakta hai apko pareshani ho, aur ye to hum sabhi jaante hain ki koi bhi aadat banne me samay lagta hai, isliye kuch din agar schedule follow na ho pae to haar maankar chode nahi, balki consistency ke sath har din apna best de. Aap payenge ki jaldi hi ye apki aadat ban jaegi. Din ko plan karna bahut jaruri hai, issey aap apne time ko consciously monitor kar sakenge ki aap apna kitna waqt kahan spend kar rhe hain aur kya wo worthy hai bhi ya nahin.

            Aur ab Golden Hours ke akhiri 40 min. ke interval ko aap study karne me lagae. Aap jis bhi profession me hain ussey related ya agar aap student hain to jo subject apka favourite hai ya jo subject apka weak hai aur usko aap behtar karna chahte hain, usko padhe. Mein suggest karungi ki aap apne favourite subject se hi din ki shuruaat kare, ya us topic ko study kare jisme aap behtar hona chahte hain, aisa isliye kyuki jab aap apne favourite topic ko padhenge to ek acha khasa portion cover karenge, jissey apko ek sense of accomplishment wali feeling aayegi aur jissey aap din ke aage ke schedule (jo aapne plan kiya hai) follow karne k liye motivate honge.

             Ab last but not least, kyuki aapko subh 4 baje uthna hai to aap raat ko jaldi bhi soe. Na bhule ki ek healthy body aur healthy mind ke liye kam se kam 5 ghante ki neend jaruri hai. Isliye raat ko 10-11 baje tak so jae.
