1) OVERTHINKING-
Jarurat se jada kisi bhi topic/situation pr sochne se kuch nahi hoga. Cheezein aise agar sort out hoti, to aaj koi bhi mess na hota sab kuch sort out hi hota. Kisi bhi topic/ situation ko sirf utna hi time de kitna ki need ho, jarurat se jada time sochne pr spend karne se na hi sirf apka time waste hota hai balki mental health bhi affect hoti hai. Aur jo baat shayad itni badi nahi hoti wo overthink karne ke bewajah se pahaad ka roop le leti hai.
So aaj se balki abhi se hi karna band kare. Manti hu ye karna asaan nahi hota, agar hota to aaj koi bhi overthinking nahi karta kyuki unhe bhi khud bhi ye maloom hai ki OVERTHINKING KILLS Khair isliye hi ye blog hai apki help ke liye. 2) TIME WASTAGE
Kuch bhi kare par time waste to kabhi na karein. Time ki value time rehte samjh jae to behtar, kyuki agar time ne value sikhai to dard hoga. Time ki value karna sikhe, sirf apne time ki hi nahi balki dusro ke time ki bhi.
3) UNHEALTHY STUFF INTAKE-
Apni body ko for grant na le. Agar koi aapke sath har time rehta hai to wo aapki body hi hai. Healthy diet maintain karein. Aur baki ke unhealthy stuff se bhi dur rahe jaise alcohol, drugs etc.
4) PROCRASTINATION
Procrastination ek bimari se kam nahi. Iske wajah se sirf aapka kaam hi delay nahi hota balki aapki health bhi kafi affect hoti hai. Kaam delay hone ke wajah se kitna stress hota hai ye to mujhe aapko batane ki jarurat khair hai hi nai, par is stress ke wajah se aapki mental health and physical health pr bahot asar padta hai. Isliye procrastinate na hi karein.
5) UNDERESTIMATING YOURSELF
Agar apka sabse bada koi dushman (enemy) hai to wo sirf aap hi hain. Khud ki value ko underestimate karke hum samne se aayi hui kitni opportunities kho dete hain. Ya thik se perform nai kar paate, kyuki khud ko itna underestimate karne k wajah se humara self confidence affect hota hai. Aur self confidence ki kami k wajah se hume kitni problem face karni padti hai ye to aap sab jaante hi hain.
