1) DON'T PANIC-
Sabse pehle to relax hoe. Bilkul panic na kare, panic hone se ya stress lene se koi kaam nai banta balki aur bigad jata hai.To sbse pehle to stress lena ya panic hona band kare aur relax hoe. Meditation bhi kar skte hain mind ko relax karne ke liye.
2) TAKE A BREAK-
Thode time k liye sare kaam rok dein, aur ek gehri saans le. Walk par jae, sukoon se akele kahin bethe, relax kare.
3) LIST DOWN ALL YOUR WORK-
Aur ab relax hokar, sare kaam ki ek list banae aur ek blank paper pr serial wise likhe.
4) SET REWARDS & PUNISHMENT-
Apne liye reward set karein. Har ek kaam complete hone pr khud ke liye ek reward rakhe, jissey apko motovation milegi kaam karne k liye. Aur jab aap ek ke baad ek kaam khatam karenge to aapko andar se khushi bhi mehsoos hogi aur confidence bhi aayega ki aap sare kaam kar skte hain. Bs thoda organize hone ki jarurat hai aur bina panic hue relax hokar kaam kare ki.
PUNISHMENT bhi jarur set kare. Agar kaam pura karne pr aap khud ko reward de rhe hain, to kaam tay kiye hue time pr pura na karne pr khud ko punish bhi kare. Ab iska mtlb ye bhi nai ki khud ko torture kare ya khud ki self esteem down kare. Bs iska mtlb ye hai ki descipline laaye.
5) CUT DOWN THE COMPLETED WORK FROM LIST-
Jo jo kaam khtm hota jae satb hi sath us kaam ko list me se kaat de. Jab aap kaam ko apni aaknkho ke samne aise dhire dhire kam hote dekhenge, to wo bhi aapko ek relax wali feeling dega aur motivation dega jaldi se puri list ko khatm karne ki.
Ye mera tarika hai workload jab jada hojae to kaam ko manage karna ka. Agar aap upar bataein points se kuch alag karte hain workload manage karne ke liye, to comment karke mujhe jarur bataein.
