HOW TO PLAN YOUR DAY

Pichle 2 blogs me humne jana ki apni morning routine me thoda sa change laake apni productivity ko 10 times kaise badhaya jaye. Aur ab is blog me hum jaanenge ki apne din me kya kuch thode badlav laae jae jinse aap apni productivity ko 10 times badha ke apni productivity ka graph upar le jaae.       To jaisa ki pichle blog me meine kaha tha ki apne din ko schedule karein. Usme kai logo ne pucha ki din ko schedule to karte hain time table banate hain hum, par follow nai ho pata. To aaj isi par baat hogi.       Dekhiye sabse pehle to ye kehna band kijiye ki humse nahi hoga. Mein aksar ye dekhti hu ki ye line kehna logo ki adat ban chuki hai. Ab to mujhe aisa lagne laga hai ki kuch log khana khae bagair to jee sakte hain par khud ko kam aanke bina nahi. Ye kehne ke bajae ki mujhse nahi hoga ye kahe ki mujhse hoga, mein karke dekhungi/dekhunga, fir jo bhi ho, par dungi/dunga to apna best, uske baad jo bhi ho. MORNING GOLDEN HOURS ROUTINE

Aap in 2 ghanto ko 4 intervals (20-30-30-40)min. me divide karle.Pehle 20 min. me jaldi se naha ke fresh ho jae. Jissey apki neend puri tarah khul jaegi.           Dusre 30 min. me 1 fruit yaad se khale jissey apka stamina boost hoga aur long term k liye energy bhi dega. Aur ye 30 min. mainly exercise aur meditation k liye rakhein. 20 min, exercise k liye. Exercise se apka blood circulation badh jata hai jissey apko energy milegi aur fitness ke liye exercise jaruri to hai hi. Fir agle 10 min. aap meditation karein. Aap par depend karta hai aap kaise meditation karna chahte hain. Aap kisi bhi mantra ka jap kar sakte hain (jaise OM ucchaaran), body-scan (minfullness technique), ya agar aap beginner hai to aap comfortable position me beth jaein aur keval apni saans (breath) pr dhyan kendrit karein. Ye tarika meditation start karne ke liye best hai.           Agle 30 min. ke interval ko aap fir se 2 intervals me divide karein (is baar 10 min. aur 20 min ke intervals me). Pehle 10 min. me a

GOLDEN HOURS OF PRODUCTIVITY

             4 AM to 6 AM, ye wo 2 ghante hain jinko productivity ke liye  Golden Hours mana jata hai. Ye 2 hours apki productivity ko 10x times badha sakte hain.                       Log aksar raat me der tak jaag kar kaam karna prefer karte hain. Unka manna ye hota hai ki raat me wo apne kaam me concentrate kar paate hain, jo ki kafi hadd tak thik bhi hai. Lekin iske 2 behad bade nuksaan bhi hain jo log aksar nazarandaaz kar dete hain.                       Pehla yahi ki aap apni neend sacrifice kar rhe hain jo ki bilkul bhi sahi nahi hai. Ek complete proper sleep lena utna hi jaruri hai jitna ki kisi machine ki time to time proper servicing karana, ya ye kahein ki ussey bhi jyada. Kyuki aap koi machine nahin balki ek jeete jaagte insaan hain, jiski value ek machine se kai jada hai.  Aur sirf itna hi nahin issey aapki body ki biological clock bhi disturb hoti hai, jiske apne alag kaafi nuksaan hain, khair ispr kisi aur ek blog me alag se detail me baat karenge.
