What’s all this hype about 35A?

From past few days, so much hype id created related to J&K. It all started on July 20th, when defense minister Rajnath Singh visited Kathua to inaugurate a bridge and said they are going to solve Kashmir problem very soon and promised to make Kashmir heaven again. On July 26 Army chief Bipin Rawat said in statement that if any local extremist picks up weapons against the security forces, it'll not be endured. Next day on July 27, govt. ordered to deploy extra police force in Kashmir. On July 29, BJP headquarters called the core group of Jammu to Delhi for urgent meeting. Also on the same day PM Modi talked about development of Kashmir in his Man Ki Baat. By all these news this hype is created that Amit Shah can remove Article 35A by anytime. Let's first get to know what this article is all about.  Under 35A the govt. of Jammu and Kashmir can define the people of J&K and also can make special provisions for them. Under this law, people from rest of India than Kashmi

20 Years of Kargil War

26 July, on this day in 1999, the Kargil War (also Kargil conflict) came to an end. Indian soldiers recaptured mountain peaks which were seized by Pakistan army. After 1947, 1965 and 1971, Kargil war was the last war with Pakistan till now. This was first time India and Pakistan came into armed conflicts after becoming Nuclear powers. In first week of May, local shepherds noticed unusual movements near the mountains and they informed the Army. They found the presence of infiltrators who captured the peaks. Firstly they thought those were militants or terrorists belonging to jihadi outfits operating outside Pakistan. Later they recovered identification tags and diaries from the bodies of intruders. After which they realized, those intruders were actually Pakistani Army people. But Pakistani Army denied being involved in that. Those Pakistani soldiers were later buried by Indian troops near the sites. When the conflict was at peak, a bombshell tape exposed the lies of Pakistani Ar

On Monday July 22, ISRO i.e. the Indian Space Research Organization launched the chndrayan2 successfully. The mission was earlier scheduled to launch on 15 July. However, just one hour before the time of the launch, ISRO aborted the launch stating a technical snag in the launch vehicle. On Monday July 22nd, ISRO successfully launched Chandrayaan-2 at 14:43 HRS IST from Satish Dhawan Space Center at Sriharikota on-board GSLV Mk-III. About Chandrayaan-2 Chandrayaan-2 which technically means Moon craft is India's second lunar exploration mission after Chandrayaan-1 which is developed by the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). It was launched by a Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle Mark III (GSLV Mk III). It consists of a lunar, orbiter, lander and rover, all developed in India. The main objective of this mission is to map the location and abundance of lunar water. The lander and the rover will land in a high plain between two craters, Manzinus C and Simpelius N, at a la

Critcs Hated Kabir Singh

To completely diss a movie due to some social problems regarding the movie is absurd according to me. You are disrespecting the audiences by saying that after watching the movie, this film is going to produce many Kabir Singhs. Also stating the main reason for success of the movie as the regressive nature of the main character and majority of Indian men are just like him, is disrespect for all the positive aspects of the movie including the amazing performances by the actors, the music, the background score etc. How can you forget the point where he confesses all his mistakes? Nobody bashed Alia Bhatt for playing a character which hits another woman with a glass bottle, even when the other character was unaware of the situation. Nobody brought up this topic of coming out clean according to the social norms when Sanju was presented as hero even after loving every drug that existed and sleeping with more than 300 women. How can you expect a character from a movie to be perfect? Wha
