Robin Sharma sir ne is Victory hour ko 3 slot me divide kiya hai 20 /20/20 mins ke aur in teeno slot me unhone alag alag tarah ke kaam humko krne ko bole hai, Toh chaliye phle 20 min slot se suru krte hai. ➡️20(Move) Exercise and Deep breathing isko krne se hamari body me dopamine & serotonin ka level badh jata hai, isse hamari body ki metabolic activity badh jati hai aur hamara immune system bhi strong hota hai. isse hamare beemar padne ke chance bhi kam ho jate hai aur hamara brain focus & optimum tareeke se kaam krta hai. ➡️20(Reflect) Is 20 me hum 4 cheeze kar sakte hai (Journaling, meditation, prayer, Planing) isse hum positive rhe payege aur isse wisdom bhi develop hogi. Hum apni awareness ko feel kr payege. ye sab krne se hume shanti ka bhi yesaas hog
